Furnished Booking Rates – Vancouver
– Basic utility allowance (basic cable, internet, heat, gas, electricity)
– All furnishings, linens, equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry (in most suites)
– Access to amenities (some restrictions apply for weekly rentals)
Rates do not include:
– Check out cleaning fee ($95 for 1 bedroom, $110 for two bedroom and $170 for 3 bedroom)
– Parking at $10/ day, $60/week, or $120/ month
– Pet fee of $20/ night, $80/week, or $120/month
– Extra occupant fee of $15/ night (children under 16 stay free) nor cot rentals ($60/week or $80/month)
– Housekeeping service (available for an extra charge)

Making a Reservation
1. Inquiry Request: Call us at 1-877-501-6633 or use our request form and let us know your needs including your arrival and departure date, the number of people traveling, your budget range (modest, regular or luxury) and any other specific requirements you may have. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
2. Rental contract and security deposit: To process the booking, we will send you a rental contract requesting your full name and passport number, address and telephone number and security deposit. Once you return your contract and payment details we will confirm your booking.
3. Final Payment: Thirty days before your arrival date we will request your first month payment. Once received we will send you your check in details.
4. Arrival: We will check you in to your serviced suite and provide you with building and neighbourhood information so as to ensure that you have a pleasant stay.
